La Roma, Mexico City’s trendiest district for food, art, and nightlife is right across the street. It’s a safe, walkable, and laid-back area with just the right amount of buzz. Everything you need is nearby, and the metro and main avenues keep you connected to the rest of the city. La Condesa is easy to fall in love with, and from Casa Avocado, you get the best of both worlds. Getting around is simple from Casa Avocado. Most of Condesa is best explored on foot tree-lined streets, cafés, and parks are just minutes away. Bikes and scooters are also a fun option for reaching nearby spots like Roma or Chapultepec. For longer distances, rideshare apps like Uber and DiDi work seamlessly here and usually arrive within minutes. Street parking is available but can be limited at peak hours.
